Key Terms: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is not the full payment for the service. Once the deposit is received, your appointment is officially accepted and scheduled. The final price will be confirmed on-site by a junk specialist. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of work. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or reschedule. If cancellation or reschedule occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, any refund is solely at the discretion of Evergreen Junk Solutions. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Client Responsibilities: By booking, you agree to review and comply with our Prohibited Items Policy. You acknowledge that on-site conditions may impact the final service price, which will be discussed and approved before any work begins. Once payment is received, your appointment is considered accepted and scheduled. The remaining balance is due in full on-site, after the bid is confirmed by our junk specialist and prior to the start of any work. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable with at least 24 hours' advance notice of cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Evergreen Junk Solutions. Missed appointments or failure to provide access may result in loss of the deposit. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for reviewing our Prohibited Items Policy prior to the scheduled appointment. If any prohibited or hazardous materials are present at the job site, services may be delayed or declined. Final pricing is determined on-site by a junk removal specialist based on accessibility, load size, and job complexity.
