At EVERGREEN JUNK CO., we specialize in efficient junk removal, handling up to 5 yards of unwanted items considered household junk.5 cubic yards = about 2 full-size pickup truck beds filled level. Ask yourself: Could all your items fit in two standard pickup beds (not overflowing)? Do the items take up about the size of a small bedroom or a large couch plus a few boxes? If yes — you’re probably under 5 yards! Still not sure? Call or snap a photo and send it to us — we’ll give you a quick, no-obligation estimate. For your convenience, we require a single accessible location of the junk, or additional hourly labor charges may apply. Please review our prohibited items list prior to booking, as extra fees may be incurred for exceptionally heavy items or construction debris. All gravel, soil, rock, concrete or brick are excluded from this pricing and require a special estimate. Trust us to keep your space clean and green!
Cancellation Policy
📝 Small Load Service Policy (<5 Yards) By scheduling a Household Junk – Small Load service with Evergreen Junk Solutions, you agree to the following terms: 🔍 Review of Prohibited Items Customers are responsible for reviewing our Prohibited Item List prior to scheduling. We cannot accept hazardous materials, tires, paint, fluorescent bulbs, roofing tiles, or other restricted items. Please visit our website or contact us if you're unsure. 🧱 Special Pricing Materials Items such as dirt, soil, concrete, rock, and brick or appliances that use refrigerants are not included in standard pricing and require a custom estimate. Please contact us in advance if you believe these may be part of your load. 📆 Cancellations & Reschedules We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a partial or no refund. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to full service charges. Reschedules within the control of EverGreen Junk Solutions will not be charged. 📞 Appointment Confirmation Your assigned junk expert will contact you on the day of service to confirm arrival time and job details. 📦 Scope of Work & Volume Adjustments If, upon arrival, the junk expert determines that the volume of junk or scope of work exceeds the Small Load tier: The remaining balance will be due prior to starting work, or We will complete only the portion that fits within the amount you paid — your choice. Note: We always give customers the benefit of the doubt, but this policy is in place to prevent misuse of lower-tier pricing for larger jobs. ✅ Authorization & Ownership By scheduling, you confirm that: You are authorized to have the items removed. You are the owner of the items or have permission from the owner. You understand that once items are hauled away, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. If any ownership disputes arise at the time of service, we will not complete the work and no refund will be issued. 🚫 Right to Refuse We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason deemed necessary by our team.
