We’ll assess clutter, layout, and storage potential, then provide expert recommendations tailored to how you use the space. From simple decluttering tips to complete storage system designs, we’ll create a customized plan to help you get organized, stay organized, and love your space again.

Free Estimate Policy We’re proud to offer free, no-obligation estimates for all of our services, including junk removal, light demolition, and trailer home removal. Our goal is to provide accurate, transparent pricing so you can make informed decisions with zero pressure. What to Expect: After booking, a one of our EVERGREEN Junk Experts will contact you to confirm appointment and help determine if a virtual appointment or in-person will be necessary Estimates are 100% free and come with no hidden fees or commitment. You may receive your estimate on-site, over the phone, or via photos, depending on the scope of the job. On-site estimates may require an appointment, especially for larger or demolition-related projects. All quotes are valid for 7 days from the time they are given, unless otherwise noted. Customer Responsibilities: Please provide clear access to the site or items for accurate quoting. For phone or photo estimates, include well-lit, wide-angle photos and any important measurements or notes. Let us know of any special conditions (e.g., hazardous materials, poor access, or required permits) in advance. Cancellations / Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an estimate appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
