You may receive your estimate on-site, over the phone, or via photos, depending on the scope of the job. On-site estimates may require an appointment, especially for larger or demolition-related projects. All quotes are valid for 7 days from the time they are given, unless otherwise noted. Customer Responsibilities: Please provide clear access to the site or items for accurate quoting. For phone or photo estimates, include well-lit, wide-angle photos and any important measurements or notes. Let us know of any special conditions (e.g., hazardous materials, poor access, or required permits) in advance. Cancellations / Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an estimate appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
