At EVERGREEN JUNK SOLUTIONS., we offer convenient overnight curbside pickup for your single item junk removal needs. Please note that while we are equipped for various items, large sectionals and refrigerant appliances are excluded in overnight curbside pickup, and additional charges may apply for heavier items requiring two people to lift. Ensure your items are easily accessible from the road and ready by 5:30 PM on the pickup day for prompt service. Please refer to our prohibited items list prior to booking appointment. Set out and forget! Your item will be picked up and disposed of while you are peacefully sleeping. Please note: No contact will be made prior to this appointment type, so you can rest peacefully. Cancellation Policy
🌙 Overnight Curbside Pickup Policy By scheduling an Overnight Curbside Pickup with Evergreen Junk Solutions, you agree to the following terms: 📆 Cancellations & Reschedules To cancel or reschedule your curbside pickup, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a partial or non-refundable charge. ⏰ Pickup Window Curbside pickups may occur any time between 6:30 PM and 5:30 AM. This is a no-contact service, so it is not necessary to be present during pickup. 🏡 Placement & Accessibility Items must be placed in front of the property, clearly visible and accessible from the curb or driveway. Items must be clearly distinguishable as intended for removal (e.g., marked, tagged, or separated from other belongings). Items that are not clearly marked may be skipped, requiring a reschedule and may not qualify for a refund. 🚫 Prohibited Items Before confirming your appointment, please review our Prohibited Item List. We cannot remove hazardous materials, tires, paint, fluorescent bulbs, roofing tiles, and other restricted items. ⚠️ Size, Weight, and Item Limits This service is designed for single-item pickups. If the item is too large or heavy for a single junk expert to lift, or if it is clearly more than one item, additional charges may apply and your appointment may be rescheduled. 📸 Service Confirmation A photo of the item will be taken during pickup to document and confirm services were completed. This ensures transparency and accountability for all overnight jobs. 🧱 Special Pricing Materials Items such as dirt, soil, concrete, rock, and brick are not included in standard pricing and require a custom estimate. Please contact us in advance if you believe these may be part of your load ✅ Authorization & Ownership By scheduling, you confirm that: You are authorized to have the items removed. You are the owner of the items or have permission from the owner. You understand that once items are hauled away, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. If any ownership disputes arise at the time of service, we will not complete the work and no refund will be issued. 🚫 Right to Refuse We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason deemed necessary by our team.
